HIgh-Performance

I firmly believe that the foundation of excellence lies in nurturing talent from the grassroots level, and Coach Juanma’s efforts are a testament to this philosophy.

I would like to highlight that I learned a great deal in every sense: technical, tactical, psychological, organizational, and above all, on a personal level. I had finally met someone who loved—and still loves—what he does. In every training session, every conversation, and every piece of advice, he breathed and lived tennis, and above all, he lived to help his players grow both professionally and personally.

Now, after my experience as both a player and a coach, I realize that every training session helped us improve. We knew that every session he organized served a purpose—to make us better in some aspect of the game. Working with Juanma was easy from day one: his way of explaining the game and his endless patience ensured that every training session contributed to our improvement. From a technical standpoint, he is among the very best, and every minute spent with him was used to the fullest.

He opened my mind and helped me trust myself more, take risks, compete in bigger tournaments, and step out of my comfort zone.

I share his vision of creating value and transferring the knowledge and experience accumulated throughout our many years in high-performance tennis, and I am certain that any type of collaboration with him would meet the highest standards of quality.

He has always given me excellent advice, not only during training sessions but also in the middle of competition. That has been key in helping me break barriers and continue improving consistently.

Juanma brings together all the qualities required to be a great coach and consultant: knowledge and passion for the sport, strong communication skills, ethics, and personal values.

Juanma has always been there… From my very beginnings, I have always considered him a reference in the world of tennis

Both professionally and personally, Juanma Esparcia is one of those coaches who are truly worth their weight in gold.
