Juan Manuel has accumulated vast experience and knowledge through the many years he has spent on the ATP Tour and in Asia, not only in player development but also in career management. In addition, I have always respected the way Juan Manuel has approached being a coach—as a true professional career. He is like a doctor who is constantly updating his certifications and continuing education. Juan Manuel is a true professional in the broadest sense of the word and a role model for coaches who want to learn not only progressive on-court training, but also how to develop players’ careers.

As I have said many times, Juanma Esparcia is one of the best tennis coaches and sports consultants in the world.
Juanma Esparcia is, from a coaching standpoint, one of the best-prepared coaches we currently have in Spain.
Juanma Esparcia is, without a doubt, one of the great figures in tennis — an exceptional coach. But above achievements and titles, above everything else, he is A GREAT HUMAN BEING.
