Juanma has collaborated with our academy since its founding year in an advisory and consulting capacity, providing valuable guidance on how to structure both the methodological framework and the business development. During that period, he also carried out several on-site consulting weeks with us, sharing his first-hand experience—an absolute privilege.
We went through intensive training programs for our coaching staff, worked on parent and client management strategies, and deepened our approach to player development at both school and competitive stages. These were intense weeks, filled with valuable content, reflection, and growth—not only for coaches and players, but also for me as academy director.
And, of course, there was also time to share great moments off the court.
