It is with great enthusiasm and absolute confidence that I recommend Juan as an exceptional tennis professional and leader.
Juan is truly one of a kind. He combines advanced quantitative analysis with strong qualitative judgment, applying both dimensions seamlessly to his professional and personal approach in solving everyday challenges. His ability to assess situations with clarity, structure, and strategic precision distinguishes him from his peers.
He is a quick problem solver and a resolute thinker. Under pressure, Juan remains composed, analytical, and decisive. He approaches obstacles not as setbacks, but as opportunities to design intelligent and effective solutions.
Even more importantly, Juan leads through emotional intelligence and genuine compassion—qualities that are increasingly rare in today’s world. His leadership style is rooted in empathy, integrity, and respect. He understands people, motivates them naturally, and fosters environments of trust and accountability.
Juan’s rare combination of technical rigor, mental resilience, and human-centered leadership makes him an invaluable asset to any institution or organization. I strongly and unequivocally recommend him.
For me, there is no doubt: he is one of the coaches with the greatest experience and knowledge that I have ever known. And on a personal level, I have great affection and respect for him. He is a good friend, someone you can always rely on.
Today, I work as a coach, and I still use drills I learned from him. I deeply admire his relaxed, approachable attitude and good sense of humor, while at the same time being professional, intense, and highly effective on court.
Having Juanma’s advice has been one of the best decisions I have made.
From the very beginning, he gave me a great sense of peace of mind, as he anticipates any potential future situation. Thanks to his experience, we were able to finalize a complete and well-structured contract, allowing us to focus on what truly matters: the day-to-day work, without the need to constantly renegotiate or clarify points along the way.
