Having Juanma’s advice has been one of the best decisions I have made.
From the very beginning, he gave me a great sense of peace of mind, as he anticipates any potential future situation. Thanks to his experience, we were able to finalize a complete and well-structured contract, allowing us to focus on what truly matters: the day-to-day work, without the need to constantly renegotiate or clarify points along the way.
What I value most is that his approach is not only focused on advising me, but on finding the right balance so that both the player and I are satisfied. He is genuinely committed to ensuring that both parties feel comfortable and protected. That is what truly makes the difference. Having this solid foundation gives us the confidence that, regardless of results, there will be no misunderstandings regarding the commitments made.
In addition, since meeting Juanma, I have learned a great deal. His closeness and availability have been constant, both on a professional and a personal level. He is someone who knows how to be present, who brings clarity at key moments, and who truly gets involved. Thank you, Juanma, for your commitment and for accompanying me on this journey.
