Juanma has been the most important coach of my career. He truly made the difference.
He taught me so many things that helped pave my path to success. First—and for me, most importantly—Juanma does not look at you only from a tennis perspective. He takes the time to truly understand the player: their personality, physical abilities, and mental characteristics, and from there, he adapts his way of teaching to each individual.
Second, and especially important at the early stages of a career, Juanma does not only teach how to perform on the court, but also how to behave off it. And although many young players may not fully understand this at first, it has a profound impact on on-court performance.
Finally—though no less important—Juanma is an exceptional person. Honest, genuine, and generous, he makes it very easy to build a relationship based on mutual trust, which lays the foundation for working together successfully.
I wish you all the best, my dear Juanma.

Juanma is a great human being with a unique energy and, in addition, an outstanding tennis coach
Now, after my experience as both a player and a coach, I realize that every training session helped us improve. We knew that every session he organized served a purpose—to make us better in some aspect of the game. Working with Juanma was easy from day one: his way of explaining the game and his endless patience ensured that every training session contributed to our improvement. From a technical standpoint, he is among the very best, and every minute spent with him was used to the fullest.
If you’re looking for a coach who can help you get the very best out of your tennis, that coach is Juanma Esparcia.
